Welcome to Skinwalker Cloakware. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. General Conditions & Order Cancellations

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

Order Finality: Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified prior to shipment. To return an order, you must wait to receive the parcel and follow our standard Return Policy outlined below.
Service Rights: We reserve the right to refuse service or reject any order at our discretion prior to shipment.

3. Products, Manufacturing Variations & Pricing

Product Descriptions & Print Variations: We make every effort to display the colors, materials, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique nature of specialized printing processes (including screen printing, direct-to-garment, and print-on-demand), minor variations in graphic placement, print alignment, hue, pattern, and minor printing artifacts (such as minor ink specks, subtle overspray, or natural texture differences) across individual garments are inherent to the production method. These variations are an intentional characteristic of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a manufacturing defect, error, or non-conformity.
Pricing: Prices are listed in [e.g., EUR / USD / DKK] and include standard Danish VAT (moms) where applicable. We reserve the right to update product pricing at any time without prior notice.
Import Duties & Customs: Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may incur local import duties, taxes, and customs broker fees upon arrival in the destination country. The customer bears sole legal and financial responsibility for all customs fees and clearance charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are non-binding estimates.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Strict 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

In accordance with Danish consumer law (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU directives, consumers have a strict statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

14-Day Notice Window: You must notify us in writing at skinwalkercloakware@gmail.com within exactly 14 calendar days of receiving your package to request a return. Requests sent after 14 calendar days will be strictly rejected.
14-Day Return Window: Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to physically deliver the package back to our Danish address.
Return Shipping Fees: The customer assumes 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs, packaging, and shipping risks. We do not offer prepaid return labels or cover return postage under any circumstances. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

6. Condition of Returned Goods & Diminished Value Deductions

Returned items must arrive in original, resalable condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors (e.g., perfume or smoke), stains, or pet hair, and with all original tags attached.

Items may only be inspected to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the garment, equivalent to fitting an item in a physical store.
Diminished Value Deductions: If an item is returned damaged, worn, washed, or in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, we reserve the right under law to deduct up to 100% of the item’s value from your refund.

7. Refunds & Expense Deductions

Withholding Refunds: Refunds will be held until we have physically received, inspected, and verified the condition of the returned item at our Danish location.
Outbound Shipping Refunds: If you selected a premium, express, or non-standard shipping method at checkout, only the standard baseline shipping fee will be refunded. Premium shipping fees are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method.

8. Statutory 2-Year Warranty (Defects & Non-Conformities)

Under Danish law (Købeloven), products carry a 24-month statutory warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This policy applies globally to all orders.

Filing a Claim: You must contact skinwalkercloakware@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe (within 2 months of discovering the defect) with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
If verified, we will remedy the issue through a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exclusions: The warranty strictly excludes normal wear and tear, intentional damage, improper care, laundering or drying damage contrary to care instructions, or minor process-inherent print artifacts, edge bleeds, and placement variations as outlined in Section 3.

9. Product Safety & Care Instructions (GPSR)

All apparel complies with EU product safety regulations (GPSR). To maintain product durability:

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low or line-dry. Do not iron directly on printed designs, bleach, or dry clean.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. EU consumers may also submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
